Responsibilities will include:
  • Reach out to buyers and sellers when a title order is received
  • Gathering pertinent file information
  • Making follow up calls to buyers, sellers, and their agents as necessary
  • Gather additional information and keep all parties updated through our platform
  • Ordering title, payoffs, estoppels, and other searches and documentation
  • Preparing Settlement Statements and CDs
  •  Completing various administrative duties as necessary
  • Communicating with the administration of the company as to latest happenings
Experience:
  • 5+ years (Preferred)  
  • Licensed Title Agent (Preferred)
  • Notary (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using closing software such as Doubletime or Qualia is a big plus

Vice President of Business Development
Responsibilities:

Expetitle is a tech-driven title company. Born out of Lab Miami Ventures in Wynwood, Expetitle creates technology for its in-house title agents and partners with forward-thinking brokerages to create the ultimate closing experience. Expetitle has raised over $1M to date in institutional capital, licensed throughout Florida and works with several top-producing brokerage and lender partners. The Expetitle VP of Business Development generates new demand and facilitates new and repeat business for the company. This individual may be involved in initiating contact with potential brokerage partners through phone calls, email or other outbound channels, or contact follow-up. In addition to outbound and inbound activity, the marketing manager will attend local events to prospect and network. The objective is to identify new customers, qualify their interest and viability, and create a relationship that will help drive sales forward.

The Director of Business Development will manage a team charged with new business development and product marketing. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the CEO, other management and design team to create new campaigns and improve existing campaigns
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential partners, clients and customers
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Follow-up with clients intermittently to identify other opportunities or get referrals
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the CEO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new features of our product and changes to our service, along with any additions or changes to regulation or our pricing
  • Hire, train and manage a team of business development professionals 
  • Coach team members to improve current workflows to maximize conversion
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in a professional sales and/or business development environment
  • Proven results in a “land and expand” model in B2B or enterprise business development
  • Experience working in a high-performance environment, startup or fast-paced company is highly preferable
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred
  • Brokerage and lender contacts is not required, but highly preferred
  • Experience with automation technologies such as CRM software, marketing and sales automation (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Docs (using Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and how to use them to your benefit 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred

Vice President of Operations
Responsibilities:

The primary role of the VP Operations is to oversee the execution and expansion of a successful business and help to execute the vision of Expetitle. This role is a multi-faceted role, and this individual will be wearing a lot of hats day-to-day.

  • Ensure the successful execution of our operations and ensuring we match service level agreements
  • Creating relationships with vendors for a one-stop-shop closing service
